Condition grades

Each of the shop's grades, matched to our scale from best to worst. The shop's own name for it is in quotes.

1. New

   “New”

   New devices in original packaging with manufacturer warranty.

2. Excellent

   “Excellent”

   No or minimal visible signs of use.

3. Very Good

   “Very good”

   Minimal visible signs of use, e.g. fine scratches. No stains, cracks or breaks.

4. Good

   “Good”

   Moderate signs of use, e.g. minor display marks or scratches and light wear on the casing or keyboard. No cracks or breaks.

5. Fair

   “Acceptable”

   Heavy wear, scratches, stains and display scratches. Light to moderate cracks and major dents are possible. Fully functional.
